Salty and Sweet



Salty and sweet butter pecan cookies are my favorite. I discovered the recipe from King Arthur Flour and have since made it my own. Butterscotch chips and pecans are awesome!







 I like freezing my cooking dough before I bake. It helps to keep the cookies from spreading too much.


The not so secret touch - rolling in sugar and salt before baking. I go one step further and sprinkle a little kosher salt on the top right when they come back from the oven.
